The gathering of body paint models and body painters  painters in the North East of England took place again in March 2018

The event was well attended with the theme this year of WILD- it was interpreted in many way from whip cracking cow girls to creative fantasy creatures, The Living Art Show attended to create a body paint and to share news of our upcoming body painting Festival in The Summer of this year. The theme at BodyCraft Cleethorpes was wild – so we interpreted it to match our theme for this years show of Magic!

Creating this amazing look on our lovley model Jaimie who was a first time body painting model, his wife Jackie jack was at the BodyCraft Cleethorpes event and actually won a second place in the Face Painting competition.

We entitled the looked Drago- whom I believe may be from the Game of Thrones Show? Our Wild and magical Witch Doctor Drago was born! We even had ago at live streaming on You Tube throughout the body painting process, we posted this on your you tube channel alongside our other videos and information about face painting and body painting see the link here- YOU TUBE

The Living Art Show is a creative and visual extravaganza, an event that combines a feast of magnificent body painted models alongside musicians and performance artistes.

The Living Art Show Body Painting Festival 2018 weekend will include a Glitter Body Art body painting competition, a full one day body painting competition a catwalk show, face painting and body art tutorials and demonstrations; “Have a go sessions” plus a U.V paint party cavern on the Saturday night! Body Painting Festival 2018 event is for anyone that enjoys art, likes music and loves to have fun.

The theme for 2018 show is “MAGIC”

The Living Art Show Body Painting Festival 2018 weekend will include

• Friday afternoon – Glitter body art Competition
• Saturday 9.30-4.00pm Body paint competition
• Cat walk Sat Evening  6pm
• UV cavern party Sat night 7.30pm – till late
• Sunday– Freestyle paint day and festival fun catwalk
• We have demo sessions running – plus more comps to be announced soon!
• Plus public- “Have a go” hands on face and body paint sessions

Friday is arrivals day with 11am arrivals, tent pitching if required and some fun workshops from 2pm

Plus the Glitter body art comp from 4pm

Saturday sees the main painting day commencing at 9am with a six hour paint session

There are two categories to choose from individual paints or pairs paints- you may choose whichever category suits All; levels of painters are welcome it is a very relaxed and friendly environment promoting inclusion for all levels.

There are few rules and regs – props and prosthetic applications may all be used for the looks.

There will be a catwalk show for the models to show off the painters fabulous works of art at the end of the day.

Sunday sees a freestyle day with an airbrush workshop and a glitter bling competition
